Do you want a bird that talks that is a total social bird. One that stays tame you do not need to work at it. A bird that has a super special personality. Well that is the canary wing. Otherwise known as the bebe parrot. They are small birds but do not let that fool you. They are full of themselves love to play and to interact. They are a easy bird so good for a first time bird owner.. or for a family.
